Thanks Shag, Ultra, James and RootRockReefer..

Root, no that switch is an American DJ power strip. I dont think is a DC controllable strip, it would be cool if it was..:)

Got a few coral and started the coral hunt..

Krustofsky, im using #5 grade. The sand still moves a little when all pumps are on, but they stay on the bottom and does not lift creating sandstorm.

Ed, do you have any more pics of your overflow box? From the pic on the first page it looks like you have an 1" elbow on your return? Looks very clean and simple. Not sure what I am going to do yet. I would like to avoid using Loc-Line fittings if possible.

i apologize for late response. Been swamped at work lately..

Rotknee, yeah i have an 1 inch elbow on it for the same reason you have, i did not want to use lockline.

here are some shots. The overflow measures 9"x6" with a 1 1/2 overflow and 1 inch return.

Goldflake is nice. Good luck with him. My Regal doesn't even touch the zoas !! I love him for being such a model Angel fish..LOL !! My 2 pigmys on the other hand are another story. I think they're coming out of my tank soon.

Ed, you continue to set the bar high. I really like your attention to detail...that angel ain't bad either. ;-)

I apologize for late response and up date, work have been killing me lately.. here are some updates.

I recently took down my Sfiligoi fixture and replaced the stock magnetic ballast with an Electronic ballast, in which i chose to use Lumatek Selectable 250 to 400 watts.

Here are the replacement Ballasts. Etremely happy with the selection. I was running 400watts on the stock fixture. I assumed that i would be running the same wattage after the swap. I set the ballast at 250 using Radium bulb, and to my surprise. At 250 watts, it was much brighter than the stock 400.

Also added a few more hardware inside the sump area.
