I still think you will need stronger lighting. what is the wattage of your bulbs. also t5 should be replaced about every 6 months. Most Haddoni are shallow water nems. Good luck. And like what was stated, haddoni with treatment usually pull through.

I've read of people using amoxicillin, but have no experience personally with it. I always use cipro.

You already have a few offers for some nearby, but when in doubt, I would try calling shops nearby to see if they have any on hand you could buy off them.

Are you saying you dont think T5s are strong enough? I got a standard 75.. Light penetration seems pretty decent, what would you suggest, MH? As for the bulbs, I just replaced them, looks kick ***! If I recall they are all 54W

Yea, I saw a lot of Amoxicillin online.. Pretty sure I need a prescription for that too. i asked my family/friends with no success.. Just read Jim7s message and hopefully I can meet up with him today and start treatment!

Just wanted to follow up with everyone.. Ive got to give a shout out to Jim7 for hooking me up with a short term supply of cypro, real generous guy with some REAL COOL fish tanks!

Anyways, just dosed my first round of cypro, hoping for some great results.. As you can see in the pic its not looking so great, still fairly sticky though and its foot remains planted!

Day 2:

Still looks about the same, mouth still wide open w/ insides hanging out... But! Its a LOT stickier to the touch than when it was introduced to the hospital tank.

Also- Just looked back at yesterdays photo and theres a noticeable color difference, despite its color looking pretty vibrant before hand

When anemone is sick, they contracted. The density of the color will be denser when they contracted. Because of this reason, contracted anemone will look a lot brighter and colorful. The color will diluted when/if they recover and no longer deflated.

Thanks a lot OrionN already the nem is responding very well to the treatment. For the first time in the last few days the mouth has shut, and although its small, it looks healthy!

Not sure exactly what I did wrong, but it ended up being a total loss.. Maybe I started treatment too late? The nem literally deteriorated (this was yesterday), and the tank was so cloudy thay when I went in there to siphon out all the crap I couldnt see everything.. As it turns out, a piece of its deteriorating "skin" got sucked into the siphon and nearly stripped off all of its "tentacles" on one side.. I felt real bad, but there was no saving it at this point

dang.. sorry to hear.. 2 things that can help

1) flower pots. Haddoni tend to stay inside more often

2) egg crates. always block equipment away from carpet.. heaters, powerhead, etc.
