It could also be expelling some of its zoax (( internal algae )). If it looks fine otherwise, I wouldn't be too concerned.

Numerous reasons -- off the top of my head. It has excess, so expelling them. The conditions aren't right, so it is expelling its current zoax in hopes of getting a type that are better adapted to the current conditions.

No, it could be nothing, or a bad thing. It the lights and parameters are in check, and the anemone otherwise looks fine I wouldn't worry about it. It shouldn't effect the tank at all.
