unfortunately there is no easy completely correct answer. It all depends on the particular Emperor, how hungry it is, coral placement, etc.Originally posted by kimfdim

I've posted many previous threads regarding keeping certain inverts with an emperor Angelfish. This Angelfish (along with my Anthias) is why I hooked up an auto-feeder.
I can almost guarantee you that corals such as Scolymia and Cynarina won't last long with any Emperor Angelfish. Some of my other open brain type corals were getting destroyed until I moved them. Same thing with my clams.
The safest blanket statement for me to post is that no coral is safe from a big hungry Emperor Angelfish, yet if you research what you're doing you can keep many corals successfully with one.
Am I making any sense?
