engineer goby baby?

we woke up at 5am to go to work looked at our dark 100g tank.. saw this swimming on the side of the tank...

we were thinking its our engineer gobys.. we read that is rare to breed, we have 2 that we got when they were very little

When my engineer gobies had babies there were hundreds of them in the tank. This is what they looked like

It's not that rare for them to spawn in a large aquarium. I have a pair & it spawned 3 times in 1 year. I was able to catch 161 of them but only raised about 5 of them. Then I had to beg the lfs to buy them.

Looks a little like a pipefish but the pics are way to small to differentiate anything.

looks to me like some form of a pearl fish- do you have any type of sea cucumber or starfish in your tank in the tank
