Engineering Gobies

I just woke up to several hundred Fry swimming around in my tank.
Is there any chance for survival for any of these?

I have a wrasse, and a coppebanded butterfly, two gold striped clowns, and a damsel in addition to the two Engineering Gobies that had the fry.

I have a 240 gallon tank with 400lbs of live rock. What should I feed the fry or should I try to net them and get them in their own tank to survive?

it might be too late to set something up for them and to get the food going (believe they need phyoplankton or some other type of small food for fry)

engineer gobies have huge fry when they bred- so congrats.
They will need lot of rotifers (and greenwater) is you want to succeed w/ raising them. you'll have to setup a growout tank as well, so you can control water flow, food concentration and pollution levels, otherwise they will become tank food
Do a search over at MOFIB on engineer gobys to find out what others have done

Todd Gardner at Atlantis Marine World has raised Engineer Goby fry on rotifers in simple average type laval tank set ups.
