I have a 33 gallon frag tank that gets it flow from a SCWD hooked up to my Sicce 2.0 (568 GPHM) return pump. I have eductors on the return nozzles and have them pointed towards the middle of the tank. The eductors help accelerate the water, but I'm definitely not using them to their full potential.
I have a Sicce 5.0 (1321 GPH) that I could use and dial it down. I get some detritus built up under the racks, I was thinking about another powerhead on the side that would blow down under the racks to get it moving, but if I could get a circular motion of powerful water from top to bottom and around, that would keep things moving. Just not sure 568 GPH for flow (one nozzle at a time) is enough to keep things healthy
