Enough for a clam?

24" tank.

2x150 DE MH,
4x39 T5s, 2 blue, 2 daylight.

I am not a huge fan of the way halides make things look, even the 14k-20k bulbs - for some reason they just never look quite as aesthetically pleasing as flourescents.

Does this sound like a decent set up?

I am thinking of a Squamosa or a Derasa, but would not be aversed to a Maxima.

With 150 DE HQI, if you place a Tridacna maxima or crocea mid way up in your tank you will be fine.
