It is very hard to keep the water stable in a 10 gallon tank. I had my original rose in a 20 gallon and it barely lived until I gave it a much bigger tank.
It's probably enough light, but as others have pointed out, I think a 20 gallon is a better size tank. It takes excellent husbandry to keep a tank that small in good shape.
Almost anything is technically possible... but you should be responsible and do your best to choose livestock that will have the best chance of living in a tank that small.
Placing a BTA in a tank that small is a very bad idea in my opinion.
Only way I would do it is if the 10 gallon was fed from another system and overflowed into it. That way the volume of water and stability would be good. But not on it's own. No way.
Why my RBTA keeps moving. It's been over a month, he's still not staying, and mostly come back the original place, but then moving again the next day or so.... BTW, it 30 gallons tank. Thanks,
