Im starting a tank and i was wondering if a 150w mh will be enough light for sps. The bulb is a 14k phoenix de and the tank dimensions are 26"x26"x12". So its a pretty shallow tank. The tank is gonna be 34 gallons if it matters.
I ran a 250w over my old 30g reef, similar dimensions. The depth was more though.It zas a bit too much, I have seen where a local reefer near me runs a 150 over a solana 34, and it looked great!
