Entacmaea quadricolor fission.

On Friday, 5/11, I noticed my E. quadricolor had two mouths. Since then, I've noticed it will move a part of the foot onto another rock, and seems to be trying to tear itself in two. My question is this, does it usually take this long? Reading various articles and threads, it sounds like it should only take hours to a day. Am I worrying too much?

Other then the above behavior it seems very normal, stationary and bubbled.

From that picture, i'd say it looks a little bleached and a little hungry.

Specific Gravity 1.025

The pic is from my cell phone, grainy and over-exposed. It has deep magenta tips, greenish tentacles, and an orange base. It sits about 9 inches away from a 400 watt MH.

The tank is a recently converted (5/3) FOWLR. The anemone was the first introduction once I got the lights on, so it may have already been bleached. I took the pic a few days ago, right before feeding.

I noticed the same behavior out of my GBTA for atleast a week. It wouldnt split at all. I then re-aquascaped and gave it to my buddy. Two days later it seperated into 3. So I took some of him back. It will do it in time.
