Custom Acrylic Sump - $150
Identical to the sump I am currently using under my rimless tank. I had it built for a frag system, but decided to scrap that whole idea. Built out of 3/8" acrylic, footprint is approx 30" x 21" x 15" tall w/ ATO Reservoir built into back of the sump. Top edge is polished as well. Never seen water besides a leak test.

Works great, one of my favorite pieces of equipment. Wireless unit allows you to monitor temperature just by turning the base unit on. Quick, accurate, no wires, no ducking under your stand to check a sensors, etc... I used to use it to monitor my temp in my sump & in my display tank/water change water. Now that I have an ACIII and ACjr, I no longer need it.

Tap water where I came from had extremely high TDS readings, so I used to run a 2 DI system. I no longer find it necessary to do so, so I am selling the extra housing. A cheap quick way to add a DI to your current system... all you need is a new resin and you're ready to go. I also have 4' or 5' of tubing I can include as well.

Purchased to use as an ATO, but never even opened it.

Oops... I think I answered this in the PM... but yes you can monitor separate tanks. The controller or hand held unit can actually connect to up to 4 wireless sensors. To get a readout, the sensors just need to be in range of the hand held unit. In my townhouse, I was able to get temp information from a tank on the first and second floor while sitting in my living room.

I'm not sure what the maximum range of them is though... Even if you were out of range, all you would need to do is walk within range for the hand held unit to pick up the sensor.

Thanks Nate. I wish I could have gotten better pics of the frags. The only negative about my P&S Camera is that I can't seem to find the button/setting which will allow me to adjust the brightness before the shot. The camera automatically does it, and actually does it opposite of what you would think... In higher light shots, it brightens everything... washing out the pic, and in lower light, it darkens everything... so sometimes I can't see what I took a pic of.

Anyway, I've had the above chalice frags cut for about a month (so they are nice, healthy, and healed), but need the real estate on my sand bed for other things... so they gotta go!
