I have two old 400 watt halide bulbs Plus brand they have been used for about 9 months, $5.00 per bulb. I also have a Ushio 400 watt bulb used 9 months $10.00. These bulbs are all 10K. The Plus brand bulbs have a yellow tint to them, the Ushio is very crisp white. I still have a 5 watt UV sterilizer if anyone in interested, let me know.
