The only problem that they caused for me was occasionally roosting on a soft coral. It seems to irritate the coral, and the polyps will not open until I turkey baste them off. For me, and my corals, they have been nothing but an occasional minor irritant.

I would try to get a few more opinions though. It sounds like you have a small enough population that you could use flatworm exit without adversely affecting your corals.

i have nearly the same tank and sump size as you too,lol. 90 with 30 fuge.
