so i got a tiny anemone and was told its from australia. was also told it was a tropic type and reef temps were ok. im not sure now as a i saw one online that looked just like it.



was the size of a 50c piece. blood red ( and i do mean deep red, like this smiley

i would post a pic but it moves around and i cant find it now =(

It sounds like a Waratah Sp. anemone...they are not tropical in nature, rather they are a temperate water species. I have seen some popping up here and there listed as tropical anemones.

Well..I was doing some reading about these after I linked this stuff for you and it seems people are having some success with them in warmer conditions. Just try to get it eating mysis...it may acclimate for you.
