Hello, we have a magnesium level of 1050 using the gen x media in a reactor, I want to raise the mag up to around 1300 and the product says to add 1.5 ml per gal to raise it 15 ppm, on a 90 gal system would be 135 ml per day of this product to raise it 15 ppm per day? is this correct

You'll need to estimate the actual water volume of the tank. I'd guess around 60g. It's safe to raise Mg 100 ppm per day, but I'd target about half that, since the water volume is a guess. This calculator should help:

net water volum is 120 gals, i used the calculator and its saying to raise it from 1050 ppm to1300 ppm would take 3000 ml of this solution, thats the entire 1 gallon jug, to dose the entire 1 gal over a 3 day period, and how fastw ill it deplete with say a small coral load of softies

It might takes months for the magnesium level to drop appreciably, assuming that the water used for changes isn't low in magnesium. Mag Flake and Epsom salts make an inexpensive DIY recipe, if you're interested.

i want to use a lm3 to dose esv mag. can esv mag be diluted with water?

it will be for a 50g tank...i have one extra pump, the other two are dosing #1,2 bionic...
