ETRC Frag Swap participation...

Hey guys, I'm trying to get an idea of how many are going to participate in this and how... LMK what kind of stuff you are planning on doing at our Frag Swap:

Selling Corals
Volunteering
Buying
Browsing
Not coming
Or any combination of the above...

I plan to be floating around doing whatever is needed most... I'll probably be sticking Ashley up front for sign up/raffle ticket sales, or manning a table selling some of my frags... I'll more than likely do mostly presales for my LE stuff, and then my more common stuff I'll throw out there on the table... Can't believe its less than two months away!!!

I'll be in full on volunteer mode. I won't be selling anything (got the flatworms already) and knowing me...I probably won't be buying anything either.

What do you need me to do? I'm up for helping out as much as possible. I would bet that we need to plan to have a certain number of people there to clean up (everyone gets tired and wants to leave, so making sure we've got enough people would be good).

I can do most stuff and am familiar with how the swaps go.

I plan on Volunteering and Buying. Just let me know when and where. I wouldn't mind staying after for clean up. Garrett gets off work that morning so he will be up there after his nap and can stay for clean up as well!

I'm planning to come. I will probably do some pre-arranged selling - will start a thread here with what I have in a few weeks.

I'm also happy to volunteer wherever needed. Helping out at the beginning of the swap would be better than at the end for me because I have family coming in from out of town that evening.

I may also do some browsing, although I really don't have the room in my tank for anything more...

richard and i will be there, volunteering and buying. just let us know where you want us. i wouldn't mind taking a turn selling the raffle tickets or something and doing some clean-up or set-up. just put us to work where you need us. if there is an official flyer, i could start passsing those out too.

i do have a couple ballasts/bulbs i would like to sell (more cash for livestock!). but how does that work? it wouldn't really be worth it to me to rent a table or anything.

I'll probably make it and can offer help as needed. Afterwards cleanup or night before setup. Unfortunately, I've not bought much livestock in a couple of years so I've lost some of my contacts. However, if the club's willing to pay shipping, I'm willing to try from some of the lesser-known vendors who might need the exposure to get some donated livestock.

I'll offer frags I've offered in the past but only as presales. I might have so zoas/palys available at the swap also. Probably pretty limited as I really don't want to hassle with it since I'll just be getting back from Yellowstone.

I'll be selling dry goods and will help with the set up. Maybe we should come up with a list of things to do and how many people it will take to do each task.

I am flying in fo the swap and move a tank. Just let me know what to do. I plan to volunteer and maybe trade/buy if anything looks good in my tank by then. Also, if anyone is available to help move a 29g setup (moving into a new house) let me know.

I will be there. I will be buying frags and selling some equipment. I can help out with whatever needs to be done.

I'll be there. It will actually be at Eddie and I's church. I've worked in the room that we will be in many times before.

I'll take care of the technological things. Like setting up the stage, PA system, projector, DJ booth, disco ball, and laser light show.

So who's taking care of the most important part of all ETRC events? The eating part. I think we will have a full kitchen to cook and sell food in. We need to set the food standard of all frag swaps across the country. We'll need to separate the Men from the boys here.
