Had this torch for around 6 years. It has gotten huge and been fragged several times to keep it s manager size. One of the only LPS in my SPS tank. Love them.
Here is a softball sized bi-color hammer I have had since it was a little bigger than a golf ball. It has really taken off.
It is nearly touching the Grandis Paly below it so I might have to move one of them. Not sure what issues it will cause if they touch.
I have a few in my tank. This one here grew from a fragment that was pinky nail size. It fell into my rock and sprouted from there. Over the last few years its grown to a basketball size colony with well over 40 heads. I'm thinking there are upwards of 60 or more heads but it never closes up enough to count. I actually need to start fragging this one.
This one started out as a single head and is now a dozen or so heads. Unlike the one above, this one is at the bottom of the tank and doesn't get as much light so it grows slower. But it's still nearly basketball sized.
This is a massive wall hammer colony I got a number of years ago. Due to it's location in my tank, it hasn't done as well as the other corals.
Wow, some awesome ones. My hammer was a 2 head frag when i got it, is about 35 heads in this pic. It got up to 40 or more heads and broke from its own weight so i had to frag part of it.
Not a euph.......My bubble was a frag rescued from petco for $39.00. It now touches my 55 from front to back!
