everything is messed up

now everything is messed up both the grouper and my moray will not eat anything :furiousarameters are sg 1.022-1.023,ph around 8.2 zero amonia zero nitrite and nitrates around 10ppm i dont get it at all if it has to do with oxegenation would haveing the water at the surface of the tank constantly in motion with a powerhead help any?if not is there anything at all my yellowtang three archers and turbo snail are fine is there a parasite or something?i did discover tiny bristleworms in tank but i dont know anyone have even one suggestion? forgot to mention moray is faceing up

Is the grouper breathing heavily? (I know it's kinda hard to tell with a Moray.) Have you added anything new (fish/coral/invert) recently? If your water parameters are fine, I'd start thinking parasite or disease.

grouper is breathing heavily but i think the cause now is not enough oxegenation and toxins from the organic matter and feces in the main tank that i will be sucking out of the sand today and ill be purchaseing a new powerhead if this doesnt work than ill have to see about disease and parasites
