Some one asked me to post pics of my marine plants so, more to come.

Another smaller specie of H.ovalis complex sp., and it is a little more difficult than the larger species.

I've seen numerous planted freshwater tank before but this has to be a unique project as it's a saltwater specimen tank system and very cool!! Simply love it!!

There's lots of this available from back home in Borneo island!! And they're freely available as well ... locally that is!!

Paul

Thank you. I grew up and played among the tide pools, seagrass meadows and felt like I've not left. Borneo Island also has a beautiful rain forest. How about that incredible "dead corpus" flower, (Amorphophallus titanum), it is indigenous to the island? Have you ever seen one in person?

Seagrass is the nursery for so many species of marine animals. It only make sense to me to have S.haddoni and providing them the grass beds, as they were in the natural environment.

I hope you enjoy them as much as I have. :)

A "nurery picture" of the C. rotundata:

In his next pic, the lage single plant on the left is Halodule uninervis and the smaller fine leave ones at the center is H. pinifolia:

Shu Tin,

The "Amorphophallus titanum" specimen I do believe is indigenous to Sumatra only but I did however was fortunate to see up close the Rafflesia specimen once!

Thanks for clarifying it for me. I see some root balls were available on e-bay not too long ago.

No, I don't have a skimmer on any of my tanks now. All tanks are running on "live or die" mode:)

What kind of warms? Do you have pictures? I've been looking for answers for some of my warms, just thought I ask.

Bristle worms (polychaete) , I have a couple pics at home I'll post them tommorow.

As far as I know my Green Wrasse has been doing a great job eradicating bristle worms and I have yet to see any at all in my tank. One way of checking for bristle worms is when you add food into the tank system.

I've got one very fat Green Wrasse!! Good boy!!

I can't have any fish except anemonefish due to too many anemones. I've been getting these anemones to spawn twice a year and I lost all fish except the anemonefish every time.
I had all kinds of wrasse, pipe fish,... None have survived the "milky water"

Are these bristle warms? They looked different than the normall ones and they came out in large groups at night.
