LOL :D

If they don't I'm sure I can arrange for them to build a separate wing just for you and the tank.

Eileen, I am going to remember, may need to have you fulfil your promise:)

please adopt me shutiny :) i will take care of the tank and hang out on the patio with you :)

What do the fish do in thunderstorms ? are the lights on at night at all?

Are you sure? That was what mine sons said when their were little, but now is all about hang out with buddies, and girl friends.
:eek2:

The fish I saw in Indo and Hawaii Islands seem to know when a storm is coming, they go down deep.

I don't have storm in mine tank, don't even have enough flows in some areas.

There is a T5 that is on at night, it also gets natural moon light. That may explain why mine Stylophora and Seriatopora have spawned three times in the past 18 months! I got babies of Seriatopora growing on wall, PVC, and even on the tank floor.

No, not if we moved. The roof would have to be cut opened to remove the tank!
Going to lunch, now:)

No, Not much changes except a few losses when I was gone.
I got two new anemones( not like the one your have) from mine family for Mother's Day. Did you see the LTA'S?

any updated Shu Tin?

i will look now i forget to just look in your photobucket.

that nem is not mine i wish it was... it is a moderator from another boards anemone and wow is it amazing its like silver purple and blue with longish tentacles.

what kind are the new anemones? i can finally say i have a healthy haddoni carpet ive had it for 5 months and it looks better everyday its sooo hard to find good livestock here in ohio.

here is a pic of my first healthy carpet
IMG_8709.jpg

its is pretty plain but i just wanted one that was healthy so badly. it took allot of work to get it to this point not to mention it survived a mini crash where i lost a few sps colonies.
its health greatly improved at the point my percs started hosting it.
ive also got a tunze ATO and aquacontroller now to keep the tank inline.

Beautiful aqua blue haddoni you have. I have made some excellent purchases from Bryant Thompson(extremeaquarium.com) three or four years ago. But I don't know if he is still in business. He is in your neck of woods:)

i love that pink LTA wonderfull.

also that is a very nice RBTA you have in there are you just allowing them to grow in ?

good job on keeping the bubble tips that can be tricky
did they come from a single specimin?

I got two small RBTA'S(they were bleached light pink from the stress) on a rock from Serdar about three years ago. They divided after got moved into the new tank. That was the only time they divided. I had 14 of them at one times, but now only 8 grown to maturity. They always got bubbles and short tentacles.
They are very small, still.

wow..

How do you keep the carpet on top of the rock shutiny?? Don't they required sandbed?

The one you see in this picture(S.mertensii) is inside of a ~2 feet deep rock canyon /natural rock bowl and only its oral disc is seen above the rock.
The other S.haddonis are on large bowls that are inside of the rock walls.
