Experience with reeflink

Is anyone using reeflink ? Does it stay connected. Trying to use it for Radion, Vortech and Vectra. Mine doesn't stay online for more than a month. Numerous calls to ecotech, no help. On my second reef link and can't even connect it to ecosmart live. Numerous factory resets, updated firmware and erase sd.
Have a wireless environment with 35 download and 12 upload. Sonos, Apple Homekit all work and stay connected.

I've been using one for over a year and it has performed fine. It may have disconnected once or twice in the beginning but it has been fine overall. Make sure that you are running the latest firmware.

I've had one running for better than 8 months now with no problems at all. I run it connected to an Asus RT-AC3100 router on a surfboard cable modem. I'd be looking more at your router settings, before writing off the reeflink system.

I have two radions, and two vortech all communicating from my home computer, work computer and phone.

I run a Sonos system as well. I had sporadic problems and eventually connected the Reeflink to my router via a cat-6 cable. It's been stable ever since.
