Could someone please explain what the actual wavebox does differently than a tunze stream on a wave timer/controller.

Tunze wavebox using 6261 pump, it is a combo with the 6201 motor block with 6101 driver and transformer. I use 1 tunze wavebox and 3 extension. I gave the box away to friends in CO. The Tunze 6091 wave controller was tuned for faster interval pulsing therefore it only work with wavebox but not stream. If you use the wave controller on a regular stream pump, you will have to clean it more often and your magnet holder will not last long.
