failing to update legacy vortech

I've been trying to use the Ecosmart live beta to control my vortechs and radions... my radions work fine, but I can't connect my vortechs.... When I try to update legacy vortech. it always gives me the error message "failed to update legacy Vortech" It'll try 1-8 times and then give me the error message.

Whats worse, is when I plug in the vortech, it doesn't seem to want to do anything except continuous mode (green) anymore, and intensity LEDs don't light up.

Any help would be appreciated.

Never mind, I think I solved the problem... I forgot I had an MP10 on one of my other tanks that I didn't turn off.... that seemed to be interfering with the update.

i have the same problem

During the update process you are presented with a wizard to help you get your VorTechs into upgrade mode. The first step is to power on your driver while hold the MODE and SET buttons. You need to continue holding the buttons until the driver LED flashes white and red. You will know you are doing it right when you see the red LED on solid as you power on your driver.
