False Perc Acting Funny

Greetings All- I noticed the smaller of my two false percs acting strangely today and finally got a good look at him. it looks like has some hanging skin near his middle white band. He is in the tank with a juvi dogface puffer and a dwarf lionfish. they have been in the tank for about 10 weeks without any issues.

that is what i am afraid of. maybe the dogface puffer? only other inhabitants are a slighly larger false perc and dwarf lionfish that is about his size.

if was me id seperate him out into QT. till he heals up and you figure out wich fish did it and choose who to keep
