I have a False Percula that is at least eight years old and has gotten quite large. I recently added another, much smaller, False Percula into my 120 gallon tank.
The two fish are now buddies. The smaller one spends much time behind my overflow box and the larger one tends to stay in the general vacinity and runs off any other fish (including very large fish!) that come near the smaller fish.
I'm assuming this means they are becoming an item, so to speak.
Question: if they were going to breed and attempt to raise young, what behaviors would I look for to know I need to prepare?
