PE Mysis are larger (upwards of 1"), whole and frozen. In my opinion, a whole larger mysis would be too much for a polyp, even chopped. Half a small mysis chopped per polyp would be plenty. I wouldn't worry about feeding every polyp either.
Feeding can be controversial. Some people never feed. Feeding too much and / or too frequently can negatively impact water quality. Once or twice a week is about right, IMHO.
