Their GPS system seems to be extremely inaccurate, but they shouldn't solely rely on it anyway.

Sorry about about your fish hopefully the next one do better for you. UPS has part timers that deliver on Saturdays it isn't the same driver that delivers Monday through Friday in your neighborhood. Too bad fedex drivers and UPS drivers don't have gps it would make it easier for them. I agree with the previous poster though about not ordering live animals during this time of the year. After thanksgiving it's no live animals for me until a week into the new year. It sucks, but I rather just miss out than to lose an animals' life.

I never order live animals near any major holiday.

I hate to say it but this is a bad time of year for ordering time sensitive packages with christmas so close. I have missed some good fish not taking the chance this time of year.

Just not worth it, especially around Christmas. I want to add a couple more wrasses to complete my stocking, but they are going to have to wait until after the new year.
