feeding a bta

What is the best thing to feed a BTA and what is the best way to feed it? hold it in front of its mouth? Shoot it in there tips? Any info would be appreciated thank you

Just like her, I like to feed thawed silversides. I prefer the smaller ones, but if you can't find them (like me most of the time), just snap a larger one in half (or smaller) for smaller BTAs. My larger ones easily pull in a larger one in a matter of seconds. It's pretty cool to watch.

i feed mine either krill / mysis or silversides. you can use a pair of tongs or i just use my hand, and just touch the food to a tentacle, he will grab on and take it to his mouth. you should never try to put anything in the mouth directly. if he spits it out, it may be to big or he may not like whats on the menu.

ok i feed it, I fed it a piece of raw shirmo i cut in half and boy did he love it! i placed in into his tentacles by hand he grasped on and swallowed that sucker. Very very interesting , was an awesome site

after my cousin saw it eat for the first time he was freaked out
