Do I have to feed Ultra Acan, Christmas favia and Encrusting Goni? I have sps tank also and would like to keep nutrient low if possible. If I do have to feed what type of food and how to feed. I have a sponged overflow with sump and circulations pumps. Do I have to feed only with lights/pumps turn off and use turkey basken to targt feed.

I feed my Acanthastrea, Favia, Lobophyllia and Euphyllia. I prefer to target feed with a turkey baster with pumps off.
For food, I often use thawed frozen mysis or krill, chopped a bit, ideally soaked in Selcon.
I generally feed when it's dark and feeding tentacles are extended, usually at least once a week and not more than twice.
