feeding anemone

what is the best this to feed a carpet anemone? And how often? And how much? The CA I have has about a 3 inch mouth (think thats what its called), and is about 8 inches wide...I have heard 2 different things from LFS and Im not to sure if they really know what they are talking about.

I give one silverside a week, and they also get mysis when I feed my fish.
