feeding mantis small gold fish

Can this be done? I am going to get a N. Wennerae or a G. Smithii. I have heard that gold fish will survive in saltwater for a minute or two. I can't get saltwater feeder fish or shrimp around here. But there is a lot of goldfish and freshwater shrimp at my lfs. Can I fed these to the mantis, or just stick with the occasional crab or snail. Thanks

Not a good idea. Fresh water shrimp are a better choice for an occasional meal, but not as part of the regular diet.
