Feeding my 11 tangs

Nice healthy fish. You don't see hand-fed tangs often. No matter what anyone tells you; you DO NOT need a Sohal Tang to complete the tank. Just curious; did you prophylacticly treat in your QT?

Thank everyone, I appreciate all the comments.. I have been obsessed with tangs for yrs and after messing up a lot, I discovered things through research and on my own...
I did hypo all of my tangs... the first added tangs (the zembrozas) were not dewormed so i hope they are ok! but it has ben 3 yrs.. I now prazipro each fish and hypo... Im a quarantine freak w the corals and fish because of past experiences..

All of the tangs were purchased very small.. I love watching them grow and I feel it helps with aggression.. The des sailfin is the king of the tank, then the achilles..

I researched tons on the sohal and only one person out of hundreds was successful.. Im taking enough chances now.. they do swim together but when the sailfin is hungry he tosses the others like a beast lol... I was lucky to have this work... One of my yellow tangs was chased by the purple tang for over three months and it hid all the time.. then one day it stopped.. Fish are strange!

Thanks! I have a 98 916 with 955 kit fully custom powder coated everything black, new paint new everything.. You can see it on youtube, its a bad vid though. nice valentino rossi avatar!

I love me some Ducati's. I'll own one ... Someday :inlove: My dad always said to me when I was younger, "Owning a Ducati is like owning a Ferrari".

My avatar was me on my 07' Rossi Replica I just finished building this past winter. Good to see him back on Yamaha, but Marquez is just an animal. I love that kid :thumbsup:

I added the 3 yellow tangs, purple, sailfin, then the rest in a certain order.. that probably would have been ideal but i couldn't qt them all at once..

I believe the one you are speaking of is the dussumieri tang? his patterns will fill in as he gets older,, the sailfin has to be at least 9 inches.. most of these fish are pretty wide too.
