Feeding Raw Clams to Anemone? Approval and how to?

I am trying to give my gigantea some treats and picked up a live small clam from whole foods. the kind people eat in pasta etc.

can i feed this raw to the anemone (taking it out of the shell of course)? and if so, how should i? I've never eaten raw clams myself. do i just grab a knife and pry it open and scoop it out?

has anyone done this? thanks.

I fed those to my triggers. They even opened clams themselves.

I would not use live items from a supermarket in an invert tank, though.

Freeze it, chop up a piece for the nem, thaw it and feed.
