Feeding Sps.

I have beeen experimenting with alot of different foods designed for sps and lps,tried them all. A good friend of mine gave me a couple of different products to try. has anyone tried ...

been using it for about a week now, definetly notice better polyp extension and faster growth, also seems to be coloring up faster than usual. I am also trying out one of the bulbs from that same company and their amino acids, not sure if it is the bulb,food,amino acids or a combination of all three.

just wanted to see if anyone else was using this stuff.

Elos just landed here in the states in the last year, so not many of us have much knowledge of it. Hopefully some EU person will join in

Extremelly nice looking line, the single manufacturer LFS is a very interesting idea. More like a gallery, then a LFS IMO

The Elos products that I have used so far are all superb (tank, stand, sump, skimmer, osmo top-off). From my dealings with Jesse at elosusa, and even a few emails from Italy - I doubt this company would put out a bad product. The bulb that you have pictured will be my next purchase - I believe its the only DE bulb in the hobby that is UV protected - so if your glass breaks you won't fry your tank. I am also really interested in their additives. I think they have a more "refined" zeolite product - and lots of other extremely high end additives.

Here are the pix that I took a month or so ago, the tank looks much different now (full of SPS, these were taken right after it was filled)

Thanks for the kind words. AQA (pronounced aqua) is our line of integrators that I will and do carry. I don't want to turn this into a commercial but you can take a look at our Interzoo thread in our forum and see the elos line and the aqa line. I have been testing the elos RB line (rb10, rb20, rb30, rb40 and rb50) and I feed with AQA C1,C7 and C2. Rb30-50 was introduced recently at Interzoo along with C2 and the stronger zeolites, Filtra M. There are a few more AQA products that I will talk about in our forum if you are interested.All of these will be shown at the Coral Farmers Market next weekend if any of you guys are local. I will start a new thread in our forum for more information on these next week. Thanks again..........

Hey Jesse, I'll be looking forward to the thread. There are SO many Elos products and aren't there two lines now (high end & higher end?) and I just don't know what they all do. I believe some of the descriptions are still in Italian. Plus I dont' remember the additives pictured by DLP.

There are a ton of Elos products and AQA is a line of products that is especially for feeding corals, fish, other inverts. i have descriptions in English here and all of our products have english descriptions and instructions. The C1 and C7 that David posted are not new products but the other biological integrators, I briefly discussed, are new and I will give more information soon . If you guys need any more info the best way is to give me a call or watch our forum. Thanks........

Fliger, I see in one of your pics that you're using the aquarium controller from Premium Aquatics. How has that been working for you? It is the only Mac compatible controller I can find, so I'm very intrested in it.
