filter in the wet/dry

I have a wet/dry filter that has a removable filter you can rinse out. it is 7 inches by 7 inches. I'm thinking I could get a roll of this stuff, but I'm not finding it 7 inches wide, mostly 6 inch wide rolls. I rinse mine a couple of times a week- would like to replace it.

Some guys in our local club found big rolls of the stuff for cheap from an A/C supply place....might help. These were Huge rolls, for really cheap too!!

Uncut Blue Bonded Filter Pad
Uncut pads measure 312 sq. in. Measures 12" x 26", 3/4" thick

If you look this is on that link, cut to fit.

Also I talked to PSP Findlay and they said they could order a roll of this stuff, prepaid of course.

yeah but I was thinking that since the company put out the filter they would put out the pads to fit it....that's what I get for thinking. I went down to Ocean's Treasures today to get some krill and squid for Spot and I picked up some there. He said to watch out for the A/C filters as they could put insecticides in them. (??????) I just had a blank stare. Why would they put insecticide in an air conditioning filter?

Lets see....you asked the LFS guy about a product that will save you a ton of money, and make him none ??? I can't imagine why they would put insecticide in an AC filter, what kind of bugs do you have in your AC.... anyways you can ask the supplier about it.

I know that some people locally use it, I personally haven't... When I went full reef I completely converted the WD to a sump.

Well not to hijack this or anything, just trying to pass on some ideas. Good luck.

Do yourself a favor and buy your food from the grocery store or find a Oriental food store (they are everywhere). You will save a TON of money buying your food this way.

Well, yes, because it looked like HE cut the pads from a roll. They were crooked and not 7 inches by 7 inches. I said, mine has the blue on one side and the white on the other, he said 'its the same thing'. ....I'll get these money saving ideas down pat....
