100 micron, and wash with bleach, and double rinse every 2/3 days.

i must admit i do need new ones. still swapping the same 2 from when tank was started 3 years ago, they're still good but worn, i wash w/ just water in machine. i do have alitttle bubble algae and i don't have a reason why, can old socks cause bubble algae if they're only washed w/ water and are old???not encrusted or anything.

As said, wash in machine with bleach.
