Filtration/FIlterbags/socks

I am in the process of moving my 120g FOWLR into the wall. My current filtration is a sump with Filter sock, liver rock and protein skimmer. I just want to make sure this is the most efficient. If I need to make a change I would rather do it before the move. Also what is the best filter sock and website to purchase from as I haven't purchased them in a while and just reuse my old one. Thanks

bulk reef supply seels filter socks relatively cheap. i dont know if they are the best, but at the price they sell them for, you can replace them more often then with other brands. Also as long as you clean filter socks often, i cant think of a better source of mechanical filtration.

FWIW, we have several socks and when we get down to the last one, we simply turn them inside out and toss them in the washer (no detergent), and let them air dry. If you like them nice and white, you can add some bleach to the water, but we never bother.
