Finally some decent pics of my newer zoos :)

that tanks so sick i dunno if theres gonna be double post here but i then realized it was a 55g and its amazing i hope my 40long can actually look like this in the end you have a sump or anything to it?

Edwing206: I really enjoy the tek fixture. When you start out with a tank that can't be drilled and a budget where you can't get a canopy or anything, that particular fixture is beautiful. I really wanted to get a product that was from a reputable company after evaluating what it would cost to get something like this versus the cheap (and sometimes dangerous) stuff like odyssea.

The tank is a standard 55g so 4'x1'x.. 18? 22? inches high? I forget off the top of my head. You might not see it very clearly from the picture but i have ~3" or so deep sand bed.

Tyler.L - Thanks so much for the compliment! I can't wait for grow out to make it look even better- and when this tank gets too small I have a 125g room divider to work on setting up. I am also thinking of experimenting with a temporary black background just to see what it would look like - but i still enjoy being able to mess with the back side of the tank.

You can't see it but on the backside the stand has a little cabinet area and then an open area for another tank (used to have my gold fish sitting down there) so when we set up the 55g Thre's a 20g sump with a refugium. I'm using a Utube style overflow and a generic return pump. I'd like to look into getting a better one for the future.
