I GOT IT!!!!!!!!!!! Through your process of deduction I was able to figure it out!!!!! It dawned on me as soon as I toild you that I was going through dyndns that that was the problem. So in The Apex Flash Utility, I Put the Address of the Apex insted of the DynDns and BINGO, It went through in seconds!!!!!

Russ- HAHAHA I figured it out. That was the exact wrong thing I was doing. Ive been out of reefkeeping for a year now and just got back into it after a messy divorce..lol. Ive had this Apex sitting in a box since last xmas, brand new. Now that my ordeal is over I thought Id break it out. Im so glad to be back in the Reefing world again. You guys are amazing. Cant wait to share more things to come with all of you!!!!

Glad it worked.

You should download and read the User Guide if you haven't already. There's a chapter on the firmware update process along with troubleshooting steps. There's a bunch of other good stuff as well. Might save you some headache's in the future!
