Firmware update manual

Anyone know where can I find the firmware update manual? I searched aquariumcomputer.com and could not find any.

My current firmware version is 5.06, can I just download the latest firmware which is 6.14 and do the update or do I need to install an interim firmware first?

There is not a firmware update manual for GHL that I know of sorry

you will need to save settings or you will have to reprogram what you have in the profilux. if you are not worried about settings transfer just download ghl control center and use the usb cable to do the firmware upgrade. newest version is 1.0.7.4

once connected go to extras
firmware update
chose the firmware you want and upgrade.

no but if the firmware upgrade gets hung up or frozen there is a chance you will lose your programming if you need to do a hard reset of the controller. This was the same when I had an Apex controller.

going from a rev 5 to rev 6 firmware i believe yo lose the programming. i always save my settings before an upgrade just in case.

Just update My Profilux using USB, All went well

How do I check my power bar PAB firmware version? To check if it needs update?

connect it to the profilux and it will show up in the system menu and tell you what rev its at

I had to assign the devices (power bar and touch) but only one to the two power bars shows up. Is this normal?
Power bar firmware is 1.08 and touch 1.05 both updated to last version, correct?

Found the reason, I have two different powerbars.
A powerbar 6D PAB and a powerbar 6D-D that is not firmware updated
