Firmware update stuck?

Brand new apex unit and user...

Got connection to fusion, told me that there was a firmware update.
Turned off firewall ect. Connected via ethernet (not wifi)

Ran the Apex Flash Utility:

Loading firmware file into memory
Firmware file load complete...
Calculating Apex Start Checksum Vector
Calculating Apex Start Checksum Vector complete...
The controller address is: 192.168.1.14

Connecting
Connected, waiting for login prompt

Requesting boot loader version information

I seem to be stuck at this point. The bottom of the Apex Flash Utility in the bottom status bar says "Uploading Firmware updates..."

How long is this supposed to take?

What do I do now?

Had to hook it up directly to computer.

Not giving me the warm fuzzy feeling for a brand new device
