First Favia.... not doing well

I bought this small piece of favia 4 days ago and it's condition has slowly gotten worse. In the store It looked fine and had been stable and looking good for awhile. But as you can see from the picture the skeleton is beginning to poke out.
Is there anything I can do? Maybe more/less light (i have 2x96w PC's bulbs are 3months old)? I tried target feeding but it didn't eat.

it looks more like acan echinata to me.
maybe try to move it to different spot.

i would try to move it away from the bulb and give it less light

i also think its an acan echinata. maybe change its water flow????
