First Order *Clean Up Crew*

Well I placed my first order for a clean up crew on Wed. the 23rd, and got a delivery date of Friday the 25th. It is now after 6pm PST on Friday, I just saw the UPS truck drive by, but no delivery. I went back and searched my emailed invoice and it has no tracking number. Where are my live goods?
