First reef tank build

I need some help with my new 90g tank that has a 29g sump. I purchased 150 lbs of dry rock and about 100 lbs of live sand. I'm iffy about my sump and which protein skimmer to buy, pump, etc. So this is what I'm looking at and wanted some suggestions. Also, this tank is not drilled, so I'm using a HOB overflow box.

This is the overflow box and pump I'm looking at and thinking about going slightly higher on the pump because the pipes will decrease flow. For water pumps, I'm thinking about aiming for 3000 gph between two since I'm going for sps corals. Sorry for the sloppy post, but this is my second time doing it since my delete button got stuck and deleted the whole post.
