First time using limewater. Question

I am going to try topping off with lime water to try to help my pH come up to 8.3-8.4. I have mixed it and it is still cloudy. Does it ever clear up? I know some of the powder will settle. Will it hurt if some goes in the tank before it settles?

Any thoughts, ideas?

You actually want to use what is dissolved in the water and not the power that settles out. Let it settle a little bit then you can add. Also be careful it can raise your ph w/just a little kalkwasser. Good luck!

It can take a few hours to settle out. Also, dose it slowly over at least several hours. It works great for calcium and alk. You will want to keep an eye on your pumps and other equipment. I stopped using it because of the build-up it causes and just use 2 part now.
