I regularly receive bulk snails, damp but without water, no fatalities, I also receive large colonies of zoos the same way, but for shrimp, they are in water and usually some are fowled, have you ever shipped large quantities of shrimp with only damp paper? Im recieving a large order next week it should have a 8 hour flight and 4hr transport, any Ideas?

I can say categorically that wen I get snails shiped in water, I have high mortality and when shipped damp I have low mortality. Zoanthids ship very well damp. Shrmip, I agree, often come with cloudy water, and I think this is probably due to too many shrimp per bag I have never tried shipping shrimp damp, and have no idea how they would react. Ask for a bag sent both ways and see how it goes.
