Troyman I have ordered about 20 fish from them within the past few months alone and all have arrived alive and healthy. None of them have ever had ick either .
I find it extremely odd that six or your fish arrived dead.

Ive had alot of trouble with dwarf angels and tangs that weren't from divers den, but customer service is always top notch. Sometimes I wonder if it has more to do with fedex. We never had problems with dead fish until about a year ago. Got a new fedex driver about that time too.

I agree with everyone who's had good experiences with LA. The only problem I had was when I ordered live rock, and that's because the FedEx guy obviously dropped the box. Any time I've had a fish death within 2 weeks they have refunded the money without any questions.
