Fish dying!

i joined RC a few months after my tank was set up, My tanks been up about 6 months now. Forget the black ocellaris, picasso, and kole tang for a second (the kole tang actually looked pretty sick when my brother brought him home, i actually wasn't surprised when he kicked the bucket). Yes the anthias may not be a good beginner fish but she was perfectly healthy and eating. This still does not explain why an ocellaris clownfish and royal gramma just up and disappear one day. These fish were added over a 4 month period. None were impulse buys. The percula and and black ocellaris did not fight one bit. The bicolor blenny i think had some sort of parasite, fine for a week, then just kind of started twitching and died. I was doubting my fish choices until a freaking healthy eating OCELLARIS CLOWNFISH disappears. If ANYTHING, this is something worth considering.

i think the hammerhead shark your little sister brought home might be the cause....they have a minimum tank size of 55 gallons

alright now i think one of my firefish disappeared... they used to always be out and now I only see 1, been like this for a few days now

The firefish isn't on the floor, right? You don't have an open top and a cat, do you?

You have provided good explanations and there are no obvious explanations identifying a particular issue. Why not go do an ammonia test and report the results? It sounds like some combination of sick fish and stress.

fish were in the bag maybe 30 min before getting home. temp acclimated and then partially replaced store water in the bag with tank water.

Do you net the fish out at least so you don't get any of the store water in your tank? Lots of nasties and meds including copper you wouldn't want to add to your display.

Also how often do you do water changes? Can you list your parameters?
