Fish fighting

My perc clown and coral beauty I've had for about a year and a half and they've never really found. When I put them back into the main tank after quarantining for Ich treatment, they now fight. I was just wondering if anyone has any ideas as to why this happened. It's frustrating because my clown is getting messed up. I love both these fish and would hate to get rid of one.

Turn out the lights every time they start in. They've lost their 'together' smell.

Why would this happen? It's terrible, the Clown is just in his little house all day 'cause everytime he comes out, he gets beat up by the Angel. I hate to see it. The angel and the smaller clown are still fine, so I don't know what the problem is.

Take the coral beauty back out in QT for a couple of weeks and put him back in.
